Exchange Policy
- Please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange.
- The exchange policy does not apply to any item/product purchased on sale/discounted price and can only be effective in case of a size issue, and most importantly, subject to product availability.
- Product(s) must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you received it, in original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange will be processed after receiving the package by consignee via traceable courier at their own expense to our address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Minute differences in color may be discerned due to different lighting conditions during photography and/or screen contrast settings. Exchanges on this basis will not be entertained.
- Due to complex fabrics used in the manufacturing process, up to 7% natural shrinkage might occur in some fabrics. Exchanges based on this issue will not be entertained.
- Refunds are only available for defective products. To claim a refund, send the defective item back to our address. After receiving the item, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 working days.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, and the customer is responsible for the return shipment.
- All returns should be sent to:
